If you are a student with a diagnosed mental health condition, long-term illness, or disability, you may be eligible for Specialist Mental Health Mentoring through Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSA). This support is designed to help you manage the impact of your condition on your studies, offering tailored guidance to develop strategies for academic success and overall well-being.

If you have been awarded DSA and require mental health mentoring, I am a DSA-registered provider and can offer support tailored to your individual circumstances.

Specialist Mental Health Mentoring provides a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space to explore challenges and develop personalised strategies. Sessions are flexible and can be adapted to your needs, whether in person or online. Through tailored support, I help students build resilience, manage academic pressures, and navigate personal and emotional challenges that may impact their studies. My holistic approach focuses on your well-being as a whole—supporting you in developing self-awareness, coping skills, and confidence to thrive both academically and personally.​
