My Story
I earned my degree from the University of Suffolk and have integrative training in counselling, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive behavioural approaches. I take a holistic view of well-being, considering physical, social, emotional, and psychological aspects. With over eight years of experience, I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My person-centred counselling approach honours each individual's uniqueness and fosters a relationship built on mutual respect and trust. I appreciate the challenges and experiences that shape us, providing a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts and uncover pathways to a more authentic, joyful, and fulfilling life.
