As an individual I have great faith in the process of counseling as a healing experience. Especially for those people who are finding it difficult to cope at present. Whatever the difficulty we will give you the time and space to explore your issues in a safe, supportive, confidential and comfortable environment.
This service will appeal to those discerning customers who demand a confidential, therapeutic counseling service which uses an integrated approach and is delivered by professional, ethical and qualified counsellors.
All counsellors will be qualified, mature individuals each possessing over one hundred hours experience, our counsellors are members of the BACP/IACP and we adhere to their guidelines. Counsellors are police checked and have regular supervision.
Exhale will provide a confidential counselling service to members of the general public and outreach services within the greater Belfast area to community organizations, students, trusts and businesses at a discounted rate.
The City centre location was very much intentional for the convenience of city centre workers and for those individuals who prefer to receive counseling outside their own communities.
All assessments are FREE
Bookings will be taken with a four week minimum, payment in advance.
